QPR-Suicide Prevention

QPR Gatekeeper training is focused on suicide prevention. We cover what to look for in your friends and family that may indicate they need assistance or professional help, how to talk to them to encourage getting that help, and connecting them to the resources they need. The training spends time acknowledging that talking about these things can be difficult, and gives tips to help make it easier.
